| The Town of
Windsor is launching a new and exciting
initiative designed to foster a community
whose inhabitants, both young and old, are
healthy and safe, eager to learn and grow,
and are supportive and caring. The goal of
this new initiative is to ensure that
Windsor is the healthiest community possible
by creating an environment where individual
needs are met through the collaboration of
the community’s public and private sector.
The mission of this initiative is "to
foster a vital, creative, and productive
Windsor by promoting the physical,
intellectual, social, and emotional
well-being of all people who live, work, and
travel in our community through school, town
and community programs." This new
community effort has been entitled:
Windsor’s
