Welcome
to the Windsors Land Indices Online. Windsor, the first town settled in Connecticut
(1633) is the first town to publish land indices online.

Our office is organized into Service Centers We record land
records and vital statistics, issue licenses, conduct elections and provide information to
the public.
Directions to Windsor Town Hall:
From I-91 (North or South), take exit 36 (Park AvenueRoute 178).
If you are traveling north, at the end of the ramp take a right.
If you are traveling south, at the end of the ramp take a left.
Continue to a traffic light at a T intersection. Turn left onto Broad Street (Route 159).
Travel approximately 1 mile, Town Hall will be on the right. Continue past the Town Hall
to the next traffic light. At the light, turn right, continue straight to the Town Hall
parking lot.
About Our Land Indices:
The Windsor Town Clerks Office presents the information on this
website as a service to the public. These indices contain recordings indexed since 1991.
In the near future we will post indices from 1970. We have tried to ensure that the
information contained in this electronic document is accurate, however, we would like you
to note that recordings posted in the previous 60 to 90 days have not been audited. The
Town shall not be liable for errors contained herein or for any damages in connection with
the use of the information contained herein. This information is for reference only.

in our index. Please keep in mind that your document may be on several pages; we index by
the first page number.
By mail with
correct information, a return self-addressed, stamped envelope and a check made out to the
Town of Windsor.
