06095. From I-91 North, take Exit 35B. At the
light at the end of the ramp, turn left. At the
third traffic light, turn right onto Matianuck
Avenue. At the stop sign, turn left into driveway of

From I-91 South, take Exit 35B. At the light at

Coordinator: Mary-liz Sullivan, LPC
Mary-liz Sullivan began working with the Town of
Windsor in October, 2000 at a time when the town chose
to re-establish a municipal Youth Services Bureau after
several years of contracting out services. She brought
to this endeavor 20 years of experience as a family
therapist, youth program coordinator, and
community-school liaison. Her previous experience was
with the Town of Newington’s Human Services Department
in Youth Services and with the Wheeler Clinic in
Plainville, CT. She has a Masters of Fine Arts degree
from Pratt Institute in New York, and, a Masters degree
in Counseling Psychology from Antioch University. She is
Licensed by the State of Connecticut as a Professional
Counselor and is a member of the National Board of
Certified Counselors. Presently she is the regional
representative for the North Central region on the Board
of Directors of the Connecticut Youth Services
Association. She is also on the Board of Directors for
First Town Downtown in Windsor. She may be reached by
