The Redevelopment Agency for the Town of Windsor was created to prepare one or more redevelopment plans for approval by the Windsor Town Council and to take actions as are necessary or desirable to carry out the public policy of the State of Connecticut within the Town of Windsor as set forth in Chapter 130 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
