Absentee Ballots for the May 13,
2003 Budget Referendum are available in the Windsor Town
Clerk’s
Office. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8
AM until 5 PM. For the convenience of the voters
of Windsor, the Clerk’s Office will be open until 6 PM
on Tuesday evenings April 29 and May 6 and also on
Saturday, May 10 from 9 AM until noon. If you have any
