Notice is hereby given that the Windsor Town Council will conduct a Public Hearing at the Windsor Town Hall, 275 Broad Street on Wednesday, April 7, 2004 at 6:15 p.m. to hear public comment on the FY 2004/2005 budget as proposed by the Town Manager.
