The Annual Budget Referendum will be held on May 8, 2007 To vote an Absentee Ballot, visit the Windsor Town Clerk’s Office between 8:00AM and 5:00PM Monday through Friday. The Town Clerk’s Office will also be open to 7:00PM on Thursday May 3, 2007 for the convenience of the voters.
