What is the cost? The cost of our service includes snacks, meals, therapeutic recreation programs, medical supervision, personal care, and transportation, and is surprisingly affordable at about one fourth the cost of in-home or institutional care.

The Caring Connection Staff can also advise you about your eligibility for financial assistance by state programs, grants and foundations. The program is sponsored in part by the CT Department of Social Services Home Care for Elder’s Program, the Older American’s Act through the North Central Area on Aging and the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving’s Brainard Fund.
