The mission of the Information Technology department is to develop, implement, maintain and secure the town’s technical infrastructure and business systems which provides the information needed to support the daily operations and strategic business functions of the town government.

Our Goals:

• Provide timely and effective responses to customer needs.
• Provide vision and leadership for evaluating emerging technologies.
• Work with town departments to enhance business operations through the use of technology.
• Guarantee a reliable communication and computer infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain a technically skilled staff that is competent in current information technology.
• Ensure effective technical and fiscal management of the department’s operations, resources, technology projects and contracts.
