How do I register my child for the program?

A registration form must be filled out for each child to be enrolled and is updated on a yearly basis. The form is located below.  If you have any questions, please call Anne Wakelin, Early Childhood Coordinator at 285-1420. When a space becomes available following the receipt of the registration form, the Coordinator will contact the parent for confirmation and starting date. If space is not available, the child will be place on our waiting list. We encourage and invite you to call for a tour of our facility prior to registration.
