1.    Replace the roof over the gym at the Milo Peck Center to resolve a leaking problem.

     2.    Replace 13 old streetlight poles in the corporate areas that are in poor condition.

     3.    Continue program to replace old town automobiles with hybrid engine cars with improved gas mileage.

     4.    Continue to work towards meeting new federal mandates to improve stormwater runoff quality.

     5.    Develop and implement multi-year plan for management of streetlights, outdoor and park lighting.
