THE DIALOGUE PROCESS
The NCCJ Community Conversations on Race process is based on the Study Circle model of democratic dialogue. Groups of eight to twelve diverse participants will meet once a week for two hours over a five-week period to talk about race relations. The five sessions are designed to move from personal experiences and observations about race relations, to consideration of multiple viewpoints, to strategies for action that will lead to change in our community.
