Recording Secretary
Inland Wetlands & Watercourse Commission

The Inland Wetlands & Watercourse Commission seeks a Recording Secretary to take minutes at their regularly scheduled meetings held on the first Tuesday of each month (except August). During the months of September and November the meetings may be held on Wednesday due to the Labor Day holiday and elections. The meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and are required to end by 11:00 p.m. Minutes need to be transcribed and submitted within 7 days of the meeting to meet FOI requirements. Must have strong computer, dictation, organization, grammar, punctuation and writing skills, and attention to detail. Salary is $10-11.00/per hour, commensurate with experience. The Windsor Public Building Commission seeks a Recording Secretary to take minutes at their regularly scheduled meetings held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month with occasional cancelled or additional meetings. The meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and often end between 9:00 p.m. and10:00 p.m. Minutes need to be transcribed and submitted within 7 days of the meeting to meet FOI requirements. Must have strong computer, dictation, organization, grammar, punctuation and writing skills, and attention to detail. Salary is $10-11.00/per hour, commensurate with experience.
