Building & Facilities Manager

The Town of Windsor introduces a great opportunity to become the town's Building and Facilities Manager. Clerical Assistant
(Regular Part-time, 25 hours/week)

The Town of Windsor Social Services Department seeks an efficient, self-directed and customer service oriented individual as a regular part-time Clerical Assistant. The successful candidate will provide secretarial, administrative and database support to the department. Duties include, but are not limited to, coordinating data, answering phones, filing, expense tracking, payroll, and invoice processing. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment essential. A High School Diploma or its’ equivalent with 2-years experience in clerical work, or any equivalent combination of training and experience desired, advanced computer skills required. Familiarity with MUNIS software a plus. 25 hours/week, Monday through Friday, 9am to 2pm, $11.00 - $12.50/hour, depending on experience.
