Working with the director and camp counselors to educate and inspire children ages 5-13. Ability to work in a team environment, creating safe and fun experiences for children. This person organizes and supervises craft activities, orders supplies, schedules craft times throughout the week, supervises the craft room, creates and implements meaningful craft projects for campers and offers general support as needed in all program areas. The specialist will develop and implement arts & crafts projects that relate to themes and age levels. Must be able to attend all staff meetings and trainings. Additional responsibilities include supervising during lunch and open swim. Candidates must have minimum of two years' experience in arts & crafts instruction in a similar program setting.
