The Windsor Parent Center is located in the Milo W. Peck Child Development Center at 114 Palisado Avenue in the town's historic district. The goal of the Parent Center is to provide programs both educational and social for parents and children. Most programs are held during the day and serve children under five years of age and their parents. We have day and evening gym programs for all children.
