- Thanksgiving
Baskets and gift certificates are
distributed to individuals and families in
November and December. Donations for these
baskets are solicited by the Windsor
Community Service Council. Individuals,
business organizations, civic groups,
schools and churches make contributions.
Eligibility is based on the income limits
that are used for the Windsor Food Bank
Program.
