Kristen Formanek is the Lead Social Worker
providing case management to any age group. She
is also responsible for management of the Fuel
and Food Banks and administration of the Windsor
Community Services Council. She works
Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.
Marcie Boyes assists
adults, particularly those with mental health
concerns and administers the Fuel Bank. Marcie
works Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM.
Andrea Cofrancesco
assists people over the age of 60 and their
families. Andrea facilitates the volunteer group
Windsor C.A.R.E.S. and coordinates the Friendly
Shoppers program. Andrea works Tuesday and
Thursday 8AM-5PM.
Peg
Dagsher
assists people over the age of 60 and their
families. Peg facilitates the monthly Care Giver
Support Group and coordinates the Friendly
Visitor program. Peg works Monday-Friday
8AM-5PM.
Elaine Richards
assists adults with disabilities and families,
particularly those with mental health concerns.
Elaine meets with the SHARE group once a month
and works Thursday and Friday from 8AM-5PM.
Toby Scheel assists
people over the age of 60 and their families.
Toby facilitates the bi-monthly Helping to Hear
Better Support Group. Toby works Monday,
Wednesday and Thursday 8AM-5PM.
Deb Sheldon assists
families with young children. She also
coordinates the Windsor Diaper Closet and the
Annual Emergency Services/Social Services
Holiday Toy Drive and distribution. Special
services are offered to children between birth
and age 5, including parenting educational
programs. Deb works Monday-Friday 8:30–2pm. Her
number is 683-1068.
