Kristen Formanek is the Social Services Coordinator providing case management to any age group.  She is also responsible for the management of the Fuel and Food Banks and administration of the Windsor Community Service Council. She works Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.

Andrea Cofrancesco assists people over the age of 60 and their families. Andrea facilitates the volunteer group Windsor C.A.R.E.S. and coordinates the Friendly Shoppers program. She also facilitates the Diabetic Support Group.  She is also a notary public, available by appointment only. Andrea works Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM.

Peg Dagsher assists people over the age of 60 and their families. Peg facilitates the monthly Care Giver Support Group and coordinates the Friendly Visitor program. Peg works Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.

Elaine Richards assists adults with disabilities and families, particularly those with mental health concerns. Elaine meets with the SHARE group once a month at each housing site and works Thursday and Friday from 8AM-5PM.

Deb Sheldon assists families with young children. She also coordinates the Windsor Diaper Closet and co-coordinates the Annual Emergency Services/Social Services Holiday Toy Drive and distribution.  Special services are offered to children between birth and age 5, including parenting educational programs.  Deb works Monday-Friday 8:30–2pm.
