Windsor Recycles! Think Globally Act Locally

Beginning Wednesday, July 1, 2009

curbside recycling services for Windsor residents will be provided by Willimantic Waste Paper Company, Inc.

Pick-up days remain the same for all Windsor neighborhoods, and residents should continue placing recyclables in their orange bin and placing it at the curb in front of their residence.

While the style of truck used by Willimantic Waste Paper Company for curbside collection of recyclables is different from those that Windsor homeowners are accustomed to, all materials collected will be separated at the Willimantic plant and recycled.

As in the past, curbside recycling services for Windsor residents are paid for through the town's annual operating budget.
