New CT State Building Codes Effective February 2014

The 2013 Amendment to the State Building Code has been passed by the CT State Legislature. This amendment adopts the 2009 International Residential Code and the 2011 National Electrical Code into the 2005 State Building Code, with Connecticut specific changes.  The effective date of the Amendment will be February 28, 2014
